   electronic equipment installed at your premises or by simply calling from your mobile or landline
   phone on our dedicated helpline numbers.

•  This is very helpful & useful, especially for patients, victims, senior citizens etc who are unable to speak    
    in cases of stroke and heart attack or those severely wounded or gagged in case of kidnapping,
    molestation or any type of assault.

•  Upon receipt of call from user, according to the nature of emergency, services are sent or directed
    to client.

•  In case of call is received but no conversation is held, a return call is immediately made to user followed   
    by alerts to neighbours & friends for verification or intimation.

•  An area wise panel of hospitals (having 24x7 emergency services) with the nearest hospital or nursing   
    home is contacted to reach the destination immediately in case of medical emergencies.

•  Discretion of patients is taken for hospitals of their choice.

•  The subscriber's personal details including their location, medical history, blood group, allergies,
   preferences, emergency contact numbers and family details which are pre fed in the confidential database
   flashes on the computer screen and shared with the doctors ensuring correct & timely treatment without
   wasting any precious time.

•  Cashless admission for emergency treatment to save crucial golden minutes depending on user’s medical
   policy & hospital guidelines.

•  Immediate intimation to the nearest police and/or fire station under the eventuality of burglary and fire.

•  The neighbours and family members are also contacted to provide assistance.
